Final score: 11-10
Note: This was a close game, although it didn't feel like it should
have been. The Weasels were winning or tied for most of the game.
Unfortunately, for every offensive rally the Weasels held, the Outfield
kept pace. This game was very reminiscent of last season, when the
Weasels came tantalizingly close to winning every game, but would always
find a way to lose them. Matt, Brandy, Nathan, and Susanna stood out
defensively. With practice, the Weasels will win these games in the future.
The highlight of the game was Kari's presence, complete with knee brace.
Unfortunately her immediate prospects aren't good -- she has 4 weeks of
physical therapy, then knee surgery, and then more physical therapy.
We're all hoping for as speedy a recovery as possible, under the
circumstances.
