Note:
This was a close game throughout. Neither team was able to string together many runs in an inning, and both
Nathan and the opposing pitcher made sure that each team had to earn their runs. Cory played excellent defense
in RCF, as did Matt in LCF. In the infield, Maria did a fine job at first base. As for offense, Matt hit an
inside-the-park home run, and Neil hit consistently well. However, in the end, the opponents edged out the Weasels
8-6. It was a tough game, and a lot of fun to play.
