Note: A mixed bag for the Weasels. Offensive highlights included in-the-park home runs by Jesse and Newton. Defensive highlights included a nice double-play on a ground ball hit to Jesse. He made a throw to Phil at second base. The throw was low, but Phil handled it and relayed it to Azzy at first base. Since symmetry is important to Phil, he made sure to make a low throw to first base. There was also a nice play on a ball hit to Mitch in the outfield. He threw it in to Phil, who threw to Jesse who was covering home plate. Jesse tagged out a runner just before they scored. There were some offensive and defensive struggles, but there's no need to elaborate further on that score. Thanks to Sheryl for subbing for the first part of the game, since Joanna was running late.
