Notes: What the Weasels lacked on defense in this game, they fortunately more than made up for on offense. Twice in the game, Azzy and Greg hit back-to-back inside-the-park home runs. Newton led off the game with a solo inside-the-park home run. In the second inning, Azzy and Greg hit back-to-back solo inside-the-park home runs. But the most impressive inning was the third inning, featuring an inside-the-park grand slam by Newton, a 3-run inside-the-park home run by Azzy, a solo inside-the-park home run by Greg, and a 2-run inside-the-park home run by Neil. Newton also did well in his emergency spot start at pitcher, since Mitch was confined to base coaching due to a pulled calf muscle.
