Final score: 14-13

Notes: A tough loss for the Weasels -- after taking a 6-0 game to start the game, the Weasels allowed 7 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning and it was a close game the rest of the way. Sloppy defense, shaky pitching, and a lack of offense all combined to produce this loss. On the positive side, Becky roped a line drive down the left field line for a one-run triple in the top of the 4th inning. The offensive leaders were: Newton (3 for 4, including a double and a 2-run triple), Zook (1 for 1 with 2 walks), Chris (3 for 3), and Neil (3 for 3). Thanks to Natalie and Teri for subbing. Great thanks to David and Justin for keeping score. Thanks to Mitch for coming out to coach while he is recovering from his ACL surgery.
