Note: A relatively close game, but it shouldn't have been. In the first few innings, the Weasels made a number of throwing mistakes -- both bad throws and poor throwing decisions. As a result, after a few innings the Weasels were down 8-5. This got things going, however. The defense improved, going for fewer risky plays, and the offense took off. Cory got two in-the-park homeruns, and Nathan got a double, triple, and in-the-parker. The Weasels got runners on base when they needed to, and won the game 12-11. After the game, Matt was awarded the Spring 2001 season trophy, as he was voted season MVP.
