Notes: In the first inning, the Weasels made two impressive plays. With no runners on base, a batter hit a line drive into left-center field. He tried to stretch his single into a double and was tagged out in a nice 8-6-4 relay. Later in the inning, a ball had been relayed to Sarah at second base as an opposing baserunner (Jillian) rounded third base. Jillian kept inching toward home as she and Sarah locked eyes. Eventually Jillian broke for home and Sarah threw a strike to Lindsey at catcher in plenty of time to tag Jillian out. Thanks to Sarah for subbing. Great thanks to Tony for coming out to cheer.
